Microsoft has "dramatically" changed because of open-source software, the company's Chief Software Architect Ray Ozzie said Thursday as part of a <a href="http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/144781/microsofts_ozzie_talks_open_source_mesh.html">wide-ranging discussion</a> during the annual Most Valuable Professional summit in Seattle.
